EU-OSHA has partnered with the Joint Research Centre to publish the report ‘Digitalisation and workers wellbeing: The impact of digital technologies on work-related psychosocial risks', which explores the opportunities and challenges related to occupational safety and health (OSH) posed by automation, digital platform work and remote work.

While these technologies can enhance efficiency, offer ergonomic benefits and improve communication, they also present risks like increased stress, reduced autonomy and invasive surveillance. The report underscores the importance of OSH measures to mitigate these challenges.
