Webinar: Implementing ethical and respectful artificial intelligence solutions in Finnish workplaces

A significant number of Finnish companies view artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning as key drivers of growth for their businesses, according to a study by the Confederation of Finnish Industries. However, there are important risks related to occupational safety and health (OSH) that must be addressed when using these technologies at work.

In an upcoming webinar organised by Työterveyslaitos, our Finnish focal point, experts will discuss the fundamentals of implementing AI in workplaces across the country. This will include ethical considerations and aspects related to AI legislation, such as the new AI regulation from the European Commission and its specific impacts on businesses.

Speakers will also cover how to optimise work processes using these technologies, as well as the support and resources available for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Participants, inclusing SME and human resources managers, OSH experts, representatives from trade unions and digitalisation specialists, will also hear real-world examples of AI implementation in companies.
