Exploring underestimated psychosocial risks in Madrid

When tackling psychosocial risks, no worker should be left out. A conference in Madrid organised as part of European Week for Safety and Health at Work aims to make sure of that.

The event seeks to raise awareness of psychosocial risks, including through the presentation of the new Healthy Workplaces Campaign and the screening of ‘Piel fina’, a short film on workplace harassment.

Speakers then look at the psychosocial risks experienced by delivery workers on digital labour platforms, which are often underestimated, and at how conditions linked to these risks can be screened and treated. In the last part, social partners debate mental health at work from different stakeholder perspectives. A final talk looks at how exposure to psychosocial risks is changing in Spain.

Organised by our Spanish focal point, the Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, this conference is aimed for the Spanish occupational safety and health (OSH) network, as well as institutional representatives, experts and OSH professionals.
