Seminar on AI, workers’ rights and OSH in the digital workplace

An upcoming seminar in Pardubice, Czechia, will examine the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, with special attention to its legal implications and impact on occupational safety and health (OSH). Through expert presentations, participants will explore issues related to worker protection, data governance and the impact of automation on work conditions.

In the second half of the event, attention will turn to compensation mechanisms for work-related accidents and occupational diseases. The session will analyse current legal frameworks, ensuring participants gain a clear understanding of workers’ rights and employer responsibilities.

The event is organised by our Czech focal point, Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí and will include an update on EU-OSHA’s latest activities, including the Healthy Workplaces Campaign.

Moderator:

  • Robert KŘEPINSKÝ, OS UNIOS, Standing Committee on Legislation under the Government Council for OSH
