Improving labour inspectors’ knowledge of digital workplace safety and health in Nicosia

A workshop in Cyprus aims to strengthen the professional development of labour inspectors by combining theoretical insights with practical knowledge on the intersection of occupational safety and health (OSH) and digitalisation.

The programme includes a presentation of case studies on the integration of digital technologies and their impact on OSH. A statistical analysis of workplace accidents in Cyprus in 2024 is examined, together with findings from EU-OSHA's Healthy Workplaces Campaign.

The main goal of the event is to improve regulatory consistency, facilitate the exchange of good practice and support effective prevention strategies. It is organised by our focal point in Cyprus, Department of Labour Inspection, Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance.
