Embracing digitalisation in the labour market and algorithm management in Denmark
Our national focal point, the Danish Working Environment Authority, is organising a conference on 23 November to explore the opportunities and challenges associated with digital transformation in the labour market. Digitalisation is changing the way we work at a rapid pace making it all the more important to stay informed.
The event will explore insights across several key domains: digital platform work, task automation, remote and hybrid employment models, the management of workers through artificial intelligence and the integration of smart digital systems. This wide range of applications of technology in the working environment impacts many sectors and industries.
The conference will also feature a discussion on artificial intelligence and algorithm management, including ethical considerations, with contributions from researchers in the field.
