Digital transformation and safety at work: Seminar for Czech employers

Our Czech focal point, Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí, organises an online seminar for employers members of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic focusing on the latest developments in occupational safety and health (OSH) and the impact of digitalisation on the world of work.

The event provides an overview of legislative changes introduced in 2025, alongside practical insights into workplace responsibilities and worker protection. The programme also covers the amendment to the Labour Code, updates to the Act on Specific Health Services and new employer obligations related to work-related accidents.

Participants are also introduced to the outcomes of the ‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’ campaign, reflecting on lessons learned and future priorities, as well as the growing influence of digital technologies on mental health, exploring strategies to manage psychosocial risks and support workers’ health in increasingly digitalised workplaces.
