The national ‘Golden Helmet’ Good Practice Awards recognise Latvian organisations that raise knowledge and skills for safety and health in workplace.

Organised by our national focal point, Valsts darba inspekcija, this year’s ceremony centres on innovative safety training in the age of digitalisation. During the event, shortlisted organisations demonstrate how to transform theory into practice, using interactive methods, immersive reality and worker participation to build a culture of prevention.

After these presentations, social partners award special distinctions to initiatives that stand out for their innovative and impactful approaches. The ‘Golden Helmet’ winner is announced by the jury.
