Exploring the psychosocial requirements of modern work in Warsaw
Our focal point Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy will host a conference for members of the Polish Network of Industry OSH Consultants where they will discuss diverse topics related to modern work and receive certificates acknowledging their dedication to promoting healthy workplaces.
The event will focus on the psychosocial factors that shape today’s work environments, particularly highlighting young workers. It will also shed light on specific strategies for crafting a positive workplace culture.
Another pressing topic to be examined will be the issue of cyberbullying in the workplace, discussing practical measures and policies that organisations can implement to counteract this problem. Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to explore the unique challenges associated with new forms of work, which require a fresh look at job requirements, obstacles and the demand for digital skills.
