Artificial intelligence for worker management: prevention measures
This policy brief focuses on findings related to prevention measures for occupational safety and health (OSH) risks associated with the usage of artificial intelligence (AI)-based worker management (AIWM) systems.
The measures to guard against such risks include integrating AIWM in a way that considers workers’ health, safety and wellbeing, ongoing risk assessments and the importance of developing an EU-level ethical framework.
The policy brief also provides recommendations for prevention measures regarding related risks and making the most of AIWM systems in terms of OSH improvements.
