Hybrid work and its impact on occupational safety and health: Webinar in Slovenia

A webinar in Slovenia brings together national and international experts to examine how hybrid work is transforming organisations, management and workers' wellbeing.  

Organised by our focal point Ministrstvo za delo, družino, socialne zadeve in enake možnosti, the event explores research findings and practical experiences from across Europe, addressing how hybrid arrangements impact productivity, collaboration, occupational safety and mental health. The event will also focus on the role of digital technologies and leadership in making flexible work sustainable.

The event is target to government bodies and public institutions, social partners, human resources departments, researchers and academics, occupational safety and health professionals and representatives from NGOs and civil society groups.

Moderator:

  • Prof. Dr. Simona Šarotar Žižek is professor in the field of business management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor and Head of the Institute for Management and Organization.
