Healthy Workplaces Summit 2025: Driving a safer digital future through human-centred innovation

EU-OSHA kicks off the Healthy Workplaces Summit 2025 in Bilbao, bringing together over 400 occupational safety and health professionals, policymakers, social partners, and EU-OSHA’s Focal Point network to explore how digitalisation is transforming work.
Across two days of debates, expert sessions, and virtual reality experiences, participants examine the impact of AI, automation and data-driven systems on the safety and health of Europe’s workers. Speakers stress that digital progress must stay human-centred and fair.
The Summit also showcases the Good Practice Awards, celebrating standout initiatives that use technology responsibly to boost safety, health and wellbeing.
