Good practice and tools to prevent psychosocial risks in Zagreb

Stress, burnout and harassment affect workers in every sector.

An event organised by Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike, our focal point in Croatia, looks at how psychosocial risks have evolved over the years and why it is important to raise awareness of mental health among workers.

Speakers discuss how physical health problems, such as an injury at work, can affect mental health. Real-life cases of harassment and mobbing are shared in order to show how they can be prevented, and a local company explains how it supports its employees. Participants are also introduced to a workbook on burnout.

The event, organised in the context of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28, brings together representatives from public health, government, academia, civil society and business.
